Last updated: May 28, 2026. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the CSP Radar platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for an account, accessing, or using the CSP Radar platform, services, APIs, and tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms govern all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.

If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms. If you do not have such authority, or if you do agree to these Terms, you must not use or access CSP Radar.

2. User Accounts & Registration

To access the dashboard and configuration tools, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, including your password.
  • You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and will immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or security breach of your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, provide false registration data, or pose a security risk to other users.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

Our platform is built to collect, analyze, and manage Content Security Policy configurations. You agree not to abuse the system:

  • No Endpoint Abuse: You must not flood our report-collection API endpoints with artificial, malformed, or excessively heavy payloads designed to cause denial of service.
  • No Reverse Engineering: You must not decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of our dashboard backend.
  • Legal Compliance: You must not configure CSP Radar to monitor websites that you do not own or have explicit authorization to audit and configure.
  • No Automated Scrapes: You must not use scraping bots, crawlers, or scripts to copy articles, tools, or design frameworks without written permission.

4. Billing, Subscriptions & Refunds

Certain features of CSP Radar require a paid subscription.

Subscription Plans: By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan on a monthly or annual recurring basis. Billing is handled through Stripe.

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time via your organization billing portal. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing cycle.

Refunds: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are dissatisfied with our service, contact support within 14 days of your initial payment to request a refund evaluation.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

CSP Radar does not warrant that:

  • The service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any specific time or location.
  • Any errors or defects in policy generation or violation logging will be corrected instantly.
  • The service is free of viruses or other harmful components.
  • The results of using the service will meet your exact requirements or satisfy all local cybersecurity compliance audits.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CSP Radar, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the platform.
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the platform.
  • Any content or policies generated or implemented on your servers based on recommendations from our tools.
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or data.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the service.
